Every season, Global Sports United identifies young people with extraordinary basketball talent — many of them low-income, both local and international — who lack the means to access a high-performance academic and athletic program. Supporting one international student-athlete costs approximately $45,000 per season. Your sponsorship can be the difference between a deferred dream and a real chance at life.
Your Impact as a Sponsor

Your sponsorship is a relationship, not a transaction. Every sponsor receives:
- Regular updates on the academic and athletic progress of “your” athlete
- Exclusive photos and updates throughout the season
- Official Sponsorship Certificate, issued by GSU
- Recognition in the program, social media and institutional materials (with the family’s authorization)
- Invitation to games and special events to meet and watch your sponsored athlete play
- A personal thank-you letter from the athlete and their family
- Donation receipt for tax purposes, subject to the applicable tax structure
- Annual impact report on the scholarship program
